What Are Cheek Sheets Made From?
Each Cheek Sheet is made from 55% wood pulp, a plant-based cellulose fiber, and 45% polyester.
The wood pulp portion is plant-based; the polyester portion is a synthetic fiber. We disclose both materials so you can make an informed choice about what you use against your skin.
Cheek Sheets are unscented and contain no added fragrance.
Intended Use
Cheek Sheets are designed to sit comfortably between the butt cheeks, against intact external skin, to help absorb moisture during everyday activities.
Use them during commutes, workouts, travel, hot weather, outdoor events, or long periods of sitting. Whenever excess moisture becomes uncomfortable.
Cheek Sheets help manage moisture. They do not stop your body from sweating and are not intended to treat excessive sweating or any medical condition.
To use one, tear open the packet, fold or unfold the sheet according to comfort, and tuck it comfortably between your cheeks. For complete directions, visit How Cheek Sheets Work.
Important Safety Information
-
For external use only. Place the sheet against external skin.
-
Use only on intact skin. Do not use over cuts, sores, rashes, or already-irritated skin.
-
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
-
Single-use only. Do not wash or reuse a sheet.
-
Keep unused sheets clean and dry.
Unscented does not mean irritation is impossible. Skin responses vary, so pay attention to how the sheet feels and stop using it if irritation or discomfort occurs.
When to Replace Your Sheet
There’s no single wear time that fits every pair of cheeks. How often you need a fresh sheet depends on your activity, temperature, moisture level, and comfort.
Replace your Cheek Sheet when it becomes:
-
Saturated or noticeably wet
-
Soiled
-
Displaced
-
Uncomfortable
If a sheet shifts out of place or becomes uncomfortable, remove it. Discard the used sheet and use a fresh one if needed.
Storage & Disposal
Keep unused sheets in their individual packets until you’re ready to use them. Store them in a clean, dry place.
After use, discard the sheet and its wrapper in the trash. Do not flush either one.
Cheek Sheets contain polyester and are not marketed as biodegradable or compostable.
