Cheek Sheets help absorb moisture where butt sweat collects during commutes, workouts, travel, hot weather, and long periods of sitting.

The goal is simple: help you manage everyday moisture and get on with your day.

Cheek Sheets do not stop your body from sweating and are not intended to treat excessive sweating or a medical condition. Individual experiences vary.

Tear: Open one individually wrapped packet.

Tuck: Fold or unfold the sheet for comfort, then place it comfortably between your butt cheeks against intact external skin.

Move: Go about your day while the sheet helps absorb moisture.

Replace the sheet when it becomes saturated, soiled, displaced, or uncomfortable. There is no fixed wear time; replacement depends on your activity, temperature, moisture level, and comfort.

Discard the used sheet in the trash. Do not flush.

See complete directions.
