These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Cheek Sheets, LLC (“Cheek Sheets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of our products (“Products”).
 

By accessing our Site or purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or purchase Products. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with parental or guardian consent.

  • Prices are listed in USD

  • Prices may change at any time

  • Taxes and shipping are added at checkout
     

7. Shipping

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier
     

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your crack (had to).

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must not be misused or damaged

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law

9. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges

  • Billing occurs automatically based on your selected frequency

  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

No partial refunds for unused time.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (branding, logos, product names, copy, images) is owned by Cheek Sheets or licensed to us.

You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
 

11. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., payment processors, social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

Our total liability will not exceed:
the amount you paid for the product or $100, whichever is greater

You agree to defend and hold harmless Cheek Sheets from any claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
     

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Arbitration

Most disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court.

  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act

  • No class actions allowed

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
 

16. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you agree to receive communications electronically (email, site notices, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.
 

18. General Terms

  • If one provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect

  • These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Cheek Sheets

  • We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent
