What are Cheek Sheets?
Cheek Sheets are thin, unscented, single-use absorbent sheets designed to sit comfortably between your butt cheeks and help manage moisture from butt sweat. Each sheet is individually wrapped for commutes, workouts, travel, hot days, and everyday use.
What size is each Cheek Sheet?
Each sheet measures 4 × 3 inches (10.16 × 7.62 cm). You can fold or unfold it according to your comfort.
How many sheets come in a pouch?
Each pouch contains 30 individually wrapped Cheek Sheets. Open one packet whenever you’re ready for a fresh sheet.
Are Cheek Sheets scented?
No. Cheek Sheets are unscented and contain no added fragrance.
What are Cheek Sheets made from?
Each sheet is made from 55% wood pulp, a plant-based cellulose fiber, and 45% polyester. Visit our Materials & Safety page for the complete composition and use precautions.

Are Cheek Sheets reusable?
No. Each sheet is intended for a single use and should be discarded after use. Do not wash or reuse it.
Using Cheek Sheets
How do I use a Cheek Sheet?
Tear open one individually wrapped packet, fold or unfold the sheet according to comfort, and tuck it comfortably between your butt cheeks against intact external skin. For complete directions, visit How Cheek Sheets Work.
Should I fold the sheet or leave it unfolded?
Either is fine—choose the placement that feels comfortable for you. Remove the sheet if it causes rubbing, irritation, or discomfort.
How long can I wear one?
There’s no fixed wear time that works for everyone. Replacement depends on your activity, temperature, moisture level, and comfort. Replace the sheet when it becomes saturated, soiled, displaced, or uncomfortable.
When should I replace my sheet?
Use a fresh sheet when the current one becomes noticeably wet, soiled, displaced, or uncomfortable. Discard the used sheet in the trash.
Will the sheet stay in place?
Placement can vary with your body, clothing, and movement. If the sheet shifts out of place or becomes uncomfortable, remove it and discard it. Use a fresh sheet if needed.
What underwear or clothing works best?
Choose underwear and clothing that allow comfortable placement without rubbing or excessive pressure. Fit varies from person to person, so we don’t promise the same result with every outfit.
Can I use Cheek Sheets during workouts or sports?
Yes. Cheek Sheets are designed for activities such as gym sessions, running, softball, golf, and other active days. Check your comfort and replace the sheet when it becomes saturated, soiled, displaced, or uncomfortable.
Can I use Cheek Sheets while commuting, traveling, or sitting for a long time?
Yes. Cheek Sheets are designed for commutes, workdays, flights, road trips, and long periods of sitting. Keep a few unopened packets in your bag so a fresh sheet is available when needed.
Do Cheek Sheets stop sweating or guarantee no odor or chafing?
Cheek Sheets help absorb moisture; they do not stop your body from sweating. We do not promise that they eliminate odor or prevent chafing, and individual experiences can vary.
Materials & Safety
Can I use Cheek Sheets on sensitive skin?
Skin responses vary, and being unscented does not guarantee that a product will be suitable for everyone. Use only on intact external skin and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Review Materials & Safety before use.
Can I use a sheet on broken or irritated skin?
No. Do not use Cheek Sheets over cuts, sores, rashes, or already-irritated skin. They are intended for intact external skin only.
What should I do if irritation or discomfort occurs?
Remove the sheet and discontinue use. Do not continue wearing it through irritation or discomfort.
Do Cheek Sheets treat excessive sweating or a medical condition?
No. Cheek Sheets are personal hygiene products designed to help manage external moisture. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Storage & Disposal
How should I store unused Cheek Sheets?
Keep unused sheets in their individual packets until you’re ready to use them. Store them in a clean, dry place.
Are Cheek Sheets flushable?
No. Dispose of used sheets and their wrappers in the trash. Do not flush either one.
Are Cheek Sheets biodegradable or compostable?
Cheek Sheets contain 45% polyester and are not marketed as biodegradable or compostable. Discard used sheets in the trash.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. U.S. standard shipping generally takes an estimated 3–7 business days, with longer delivery times possible for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll see the shipping charge before completing your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use that tracking number to follow your package.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived?
Email info@cheek-sheets.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you and the carrier to help resolve it.
What is your return and refund policy?

Subscriptions
Do you offer a subscription?
Yes. Select Monthly Cheek Sheets on the product page to subscribe and save 10%. Your subscription renews and bills monthly until canceled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email info@cheek-sheets.com with your subscription details and cancellation request. Our current policy requires cancellation notice 20 days before the next billing cycle, with no partial refunds for unused time. See our Terms & Conditions for the full subscription terms.
